I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fannie Mae (Blacksburg, VA) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview was very conversational in nature and consisted of some behavioral questions. The first round was an on-campus interview with the recruiter. We went over what the job entailed and then he asked me some questions based on my resume. The interview was 45 mins long and it was split pretty 50/50 the amount of time we spoke. Overall great interview experience.
