Short super easy assessment. I know I passed it with flying colors. Seems to me they must want idiots because I know I passed the entire assessment and was still denied. The only thing I think failed me was a faint cry in my recording . I should have rerecorded it and didn't.

They have you write a letter to a client explaining what you're service s are. Then they have you take a test and they have a few tricky questions. Then if you don't pass you can't apply again for six months or more.
quick and easy but would like them to be more thorough on questions prior to interview. It seems as though a lot of people aren't being chosen which is why they constantly need help
