Two interviews went over previous experiences, the first with the assistant manager and then the second with the GM. Both interviews lasted about 15 minutes, and the same questions were asked.

The interview process was very inviting and you had to speak with both managers during two separate interviews. They asked very thorough questions and also asked how I could thrive in an environment and what makes them good managers which I thought was nice.

I had a very casual interview, just a simple conversation with a manager about my experience and availability. It was a very quick and easy hiring process all around. I came in with 5 years of serving experience.
