Two interviews, both conducted online. First interview was with the head of the department, second one with the CEO.
Communication regarding the hiring process was all by e-mail, conducted by HR.

Interview
For full time position there is no written test but for part time they might ask you to translate few simple situations in English and Japanese regarding accommodation problems and occasional typing speed test.
