Got a phone call. The interview went well over the phone. The next day they take you to one of their stores to do a tour then they interview you and the next day I got a job and I became a store manager where I managed a local store in the hood for three years.

A recruiter called me and interviewed me and then he sent the information to the district manager who called me minutes after I got off the phone with the recruiter

The first step was to have a meeting with two district managers who asked me questions about company policy and my qualifications and ambitions in the company. This was followed up by a interview with the district manager and the regional manager as well as HR who asked more questions about responsibility and compliance.
