Fairphone interview questions

I had the first interview with HR after submitting a somewhat long application (cv + multiple open questions). I thought the interview went well - after going through some practicalities, it was mainly focused on my motivation to join the company and whether I align with the values. But unfortunately I was ghosted after the interview and never heard back, which is unprofessional and a red flag overall.

Had multiple back and forths with Hr but after my interview i never got feedback. The HR person was warm and friendly but no response felt unprofessional and dismissive. Would not apply again
