Interview
Interview panel made up of 3 people who work directly in the department doing the hiring. They asked about particular skills, previous jobs, and potential work scenarios. Also about fitting in with the goals/mission of the department.
Three person Panel questioning in round robin fashion. Asked approximately ten questions regarding gow you would or did handle situations . Discussed salary first. Asked if you you are ok will the salary being offered.

Tell me about yourself. Why do you feel you would be a good fit for this position.
Fine, a lot of people. Long process. Took longer than expected. At least three interviews. Could have been shorter. But I guess that’s government. Either way it worked out well.
