I applied online and then was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I received an offer letter the same day though it was sent to my junk mail because the offer letter appeared very spammy.

Begin with phone then in person. The person on the phone was nice, the person interviewing was pretty straight to the point and overall the entire process was short and sweet.

Interview
The interview process was easy. 2 people interviewed me and gave me scenarios. They hired me the same day because that's how bad they need people...huge turn over. Constantly they are needing people because nobody wants to work in their aggressive units. The patients walk freely down the halls and it is dangerous. You also have to go in their rooms.

Why should we hire you? What are your strengths and weaknesses etc. How do you feel about working with aggressive patients? Are you able to give us a example of how you calmed down a patient who did not get what they wanted? How do you feel about coming to work every early or on-call?
