The interview process consisted of four rounds, initially guided by HR/Recruiting. Each interview went well; however, the final round with the CMO felt rushed as she was unwell. This limited my opportunity to fully elaborate on certain topics. Following this, I did not receive any communication from the company for six weeks, at which point I was informed of their decision to proceed with another candidate. Overall, it was not a negative experience, but I was disappointed by the lack of opportunity to fully showcase my capabilities.
