My first interview was a video interview with a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, then a 1:1 with the hiring manager followed by a 1:1 with a Program Manager on the team. Typically there is an additional step in the process (either a panel interview or another 1:1 with a member of the leadership team), but I received an offer prior to the final step. I genuinely appreciated the format of the 1:1 for the first three interviews. It helped dive deeper into the position, the culture of the organization, etc.
