I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FUSION NATIONAL (Plymouth, MN) in Mar 2015
Interview
I walked in without much knowledge due to the lack of information on the internet. The person that I did the interview sold me on the dream of making a lot of money. I really bought into the interviewer. However, once I returned for a second round interview, reality set in. It was a very DIRECT sales job where you headhunt people in retail stores shoving Directv down their throats. If you are an "Entrepreneur" than you can breeze through entry level, own your own business, and be a millionaire....

Interview
I was called to schedule an interview at the office. I was never told who this interview would be with. The job description and website looked really great - working in marketing and advertising, but I was suspicious it might be a scam because I couldn't find anything out about the company. Turns out the job is selling DirectTV from Costco and other retail stores. There was a second interview where I was able to go see a store and see what the work was like. I actually think you could make decent money doing this job, but it would take a lot of hard work, standing on your feet, and obviously not the most glamorous job. I didn't accept it because it wasn't what I originally thought it was. The interviewing style is fairly aggressive and some of the questions should not have been allowed under HR rules - e.g. inappropriate references to your personal life.
