First did the one way video interview, then invited to the first round 30 minutes phone screening with two interviewers, some questions about your resume projects and why do you want to do economic consulting etc.

Hirevue only it was right after I submitted my application. They take a second to get back to your but very smooth and easy hirevue process, the questions were straightforward and simple to understand. Make sure to tie in FTI and why FTI in both.
