      Product Designer Interview

      21 Jan 2026
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at FNZ (London, England) in Sept 2025

      Interview

Interview process was I guess industry standard for a product designer. I was initially contacted by the recruiter then I had an initial conversation with the design lead. After this conversation I was called to do a take home task that I had a weekend to prep for and then had to send off a link to my task in Figma before the presentation of the task to the lead. The longest part of this process was the wait from my final interview until offer due to org restructuring.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The take home task was quite creative which gave you creative license instead of putting you in the quintessential fintech box which was refreshing.
