I applied through the job portal for DBA The complete selection process took 4 weeks. There was an initial telephonic round for 20 minutes. This was mostly about the current profile, experience and basic Datababase knowledge. Then after 2 weeks it was followed by 1-1 where more detailed technical questions on database , parameter and other routine questions of databases were asked. Other details related to why you want to change and previous companies experience were also asked. The final was HR round for salary negotiation.
