First interview was through telephone by the location/site Manager. It was a very basic questions like why do i want to apply in FIS and why i want to leave my current job. Then he scheduled me to go to their office and he interviewed me in person. There he ask me a technical questions, but it's not that hard because we're talking on our language(Filipino) and because I know the answers for most of his questions. After that we talked about salaries, my current salry, bonuses, allowances etc.
Then the final interview was through phone by Hiring manager(a Malaysian). She just ask me a basic interview questions like: Tell me about yourself and What are your strength and weaknesses.
