The HR contacted me through my Naukri profile. Interview process had 2 rounds- The Technical round(F2F) and Managerial round(Telephonic). The HR called me for the F2F round on weekday and told me that I can leave once done with this round and he will share the feedback in one a day or two. But it took one week time actually. Then after that he called me and informed that I have cleared that round and will be having next round in coming week. Then I had the second telephonic round of interview for which he asked me to come to FIS office. Then I had the telephonic round and HR was busy in some other event that day and asked me to leave after the interview. So, I gave the interview and left the office then waited for like 1 week for the feedback, dropped so many mails to HR and no response. Then after one and half week he called me and said that you have cleared second round and will be doing further formalities and will call you shortly. After that he made me wait like another one week. Then after one week I called the HR and asked him about the status and he gave me the stupid answer that this is senior level position and we are looking for one more resource to have interview and then will see which one we have to hire. I mean the HR was not at all professional, who does this kind of stupid things. They think that the other person doesn't have any other things to do and they are stupid. So my suggestion would be - Do not go with HR's words until you receive the offer letter and look for other better options as well. They make false promises and made people wait. For me the complete process took 1 month.
