Recruiter call, followed by HM interview. The recruiter call was friendly but some of the information was already covered in my resume so it felt like they were in a bit of rush and may not have had the time to go over fully (which I understand, recruiters these days are under a lot of load). HM interview was both technical and managerial. The conversation was friendly but ended early. They were looking for someone who can write code on day 1. The role was advertised as engineering manager, however what they actually needed was a Sr Software Engineer instead of a manager IMO. Received rejection email a day or two later.
