The process was pretty standard and straightforward: phone screening, interview with hiring manager, and second interview with senior staff. All interviews were lovely, no complaints there. I was given a timeline and date that HR should have a decision, but that was pushed back twice with no communication from HR. After a followup, I ended up getting ghosted which is really unfortunate.
