Chaotic and uncoordinated. Interviewer described staff that was rude and unwelcoming to new hires. Described a toxic work environment. They asked for a review of my shadow interview experience, thanked me for my detailed observations and said I was right and they’d follow up with me. They did not follow up and instead mocked me to staff while sharing my feedback with them. They were unaware of an acquaintance I had who has connections there and informed me about the situation. No amount of money could justify working in such a toxic environment.
