I had a phone interview with HR. She emailed to book a time for the interview. she called me exactly at the specified time. She was friendly and behavior was professional. Interview lasted about 20 mins. Questions were simple. All the questions were to find out if my experience was appropriate for the position. Just be ready to answer questions about roles indicated in the job descriptions. No behavioral questions, just asked about my salary expectation. Reply was pretty fast - one week.

Within a week was called for 2nd Round which was Skills/Behavioural. The questions that were asked were generic, nothing too worrisome about. Just be calm and respond accordingly.

30 min interview relating to financial analyst position and relevant experiences to the role such as if I had excel or python or R experiences, if so how proficient I am in those tools and describe how I used them in the past.
Typical hiring process with HR screen, interview with hiring manager, senior manager, and manager of HR. The hiring timeline took about four weeks. I was given an offer shortly after my interview with the manager of HR.
