Phone screen with recruiter. Interview with one manager and one staff member. Called back to do an on site writing test followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Total time was about 3 weeks start to finish.
The interview consisted of 4 structured questions with multiple parts. The interview panel cannot answer questions you have about the questions and can only repeat the questions. The interview lasted up to 1 hour.

Structured. One of my more difficult interviews because of the nature of the process. They ask between 3-5 questions. They did not veer from the questions. Hard to read th interview panel and the session was not very interactive. Could not get a good read on culture and environment and body language was difficult to read.
45-min to 1 hr session. You should tie in your answers to what is on your resume.
