The interview process had 3 stages, "good for role", "good for Farfetch" and "good for growth".
The process was well explained, really efficient and communication was excellent throughout.
I interviewed with 2 people from the immediate team and 1 from a team I would be working with frequently, so it gave me a really good insight into the role and the people.
Lots of time to ask questions at the end of each interview and really helpful and open answers from the interviewers.
