Interview
O primeiro encontro foi com uma profissional de recrutamento onde foram feitas muitos questionamentos sobre conhecimentos e atuação do candidato. Explorou bastante a experiência profissional mais recente e com foco na gestão de pessoas. Ao final deu alguns detalhes sobre as outras etapas do processo, que no total seriam 3. Uma das coisas questionadas também é a pretensão salarial para atuar em Portugal, ou seja, em euros. Também teve uma parte da entrevista feita em inglês, para entendimento do nível de conversação e entendimento da linguagem.

Interview
Very fast and distributed in three phases
1) With HR to explore my human skills, ambitions, mindset, and values
2) With Senior Manager to understand my behavior against a set of possible situations
3) Call with my new line manager to explore team organization, routines and other daily tasks
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at FARFETCH (Porto, Oporto) in May 2022
Interview
From the first contact it was easy to perceive the good vibes, the positivity in the analysis of situations and above all the feeling of belonging that everyone shared with me.
It was without a doubt the best recruitment process I have ever gone through.
I classify the difficulty of the interviews as average, perhaps due to the fact that the functions I would perform would be a follow-up to what I already do on a day-to-day basis, but also because of all the informalism provided by Farfetch.
I didn't accept the proposal, but I spent hours thinking about the answer. The proposal was good and close to my current salary, however as I had already taken a step back in the past to be able to grow in a company, I did not feel that today I would be motivated to do the same again.
Maybe it was the moment. In the future, Farfetch will remain on my wishlist. And I believe that we will still do good things together.

I didn't feel like they were following any framework as described in some comments.
Anyone who is a professional and knows what responsibility means realizes that there is a set of questions that lead to answers that allow for the identification of profile patterns, and at this point I think Farfetch is doing very well in this process.
I identify with the questions that were asked because I understand their objectivity and importance.
So congratulations.
