The hiring process was divided in 3 stages. In the first one, I talked with a talent acquisition member and briefly discussed some of my skills and how they match the job description. They also explained me the working flow and business model of Farfetch. The second stage was a practical case study, where they gave me some datasets. This was an open case study, since they didn't want a model for a specific task. Instead, they give you freedom to choose what to develop using the datasets, from data analysis to a prediction model. In the last stage, the technical interview, I was able to explained my solution to the case study, and also answer some more technical questions (not about algorithms and their math, but more intuitive questions).

The HR rep was very nice and helpful throughout the process. The test itself was very straightforward but I made some dumb mistakes and wasn't a proficient enough programmer back then.
