It was a very pleasant experience. It was very casual, we just met at the studio and just a general chat about me and my experience as a PT, where I trained and qualified. I was asked about whether I had taught classes before and then I was briefed on the process going forwards.

Be prepared for walk in and to show instruction to the lead coach. You will need to demo through their program of the day and show that you can explain and are comprehensive in body mechanics and muscles being worked in an exercise .
