What a disappointing recruitment experience.
I applied for the SCSM role and was initially invited to a recruiter screening call, which was cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled for the following week—without any consideration of my availability. Then today, just one hour before the rescheduled interview, it was cancelled again.
No explanation. No apology. Just repeated cancellations.
Coming from a consulting background, this level of disorganisation is concerning. A company’s recruitment process is often a reflection of its internal operations—and if things are this broken at the outset, it raises serious questions about what’s happening behind the scenes.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before applying.

In Person Assessment, found this great. Instead of do at home assignment, done at the office ensuring every candidate had same amount of time and resources, Great for levelling the playing field. This was quite difficult along with the presentation of the assignment. In Person Values Interview followed right after good way to figure out if the company and I had the same values to work well. All totaled about 90mins.
