Interview
First they recruit on college campus and interview. They ask about 5 basic behavioral questions. Then they refer you to a site and phone screen to fly you out for onsite interview.
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
