I got an interview after visiting the career fair at my university. Was contacted in the next week or so about scheduling an online interview. About an hour and only asked behavioral questions.

Mostly asking about background, past projects, skillset, motivation, and technical questions related to facilities or process. The interview experience was pleasant and exciting. I did not recall if there was any "tell me about your..." type of questions, but I think they also asked about the leadership experiences as well. It was held online, I interviewed directly with a subject-matter-expert and a supervisor of the department. There was only one stage of interview. I also had another interview with different department's supervisor.
