Pretty easy and straightforward. Interviewer asked about background in the lab. Why would I be willing to leave my current position, and what skills could I bring to the company .

It was very calm interview as there isn’t any pressure coming from the interviewer question. Aside from that, it’s very informative as they provide insight of the job role, scope and the company.
