It took nearly half an hour to finish a group interview. We were given an inner control case to distinguish the risk the company might face. About 3-4 questions below the case. Presentation at last. It was a little tricky because of professional questions. But other group said their case was not a professional one.

2 round , first round 1 hour and second round 1 hour . Behavior questions and add to that technical questions about financial statements and accounting and previous experience i had in the past

Interview
Very comprehensive and simple. They asked work related question and the duration for interview is around 30-60 minutes. During interview, there are 3 panels which are section manager, supervisor, and senior employee.

Why do you apply this position? What is your motivation?
I had an interview with the hiring manager where we talked more about my experience and how it lined up with what they were looking for. They asked a few behavioral questions and gave me some scenarios to see how I’d handle them. There was a technical one too, which wasn’t too bad, and the whole process took a couple of weeks. In the end, they gave me feedback and let me know their decision. It wasn’t too nerve-wracking, just felt like a good conversation to see if we were a good fit for each other.
