Interview
Een gesprek met twee werknemers van het bedrijf met zowel persoonlijke als technische vragen. Hierna is er normaal nog een gesprek maar hier werd ik niet voor uitgenodigd omdat er geen "passende opportuniteit" meer was
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
