Interview
Voor het eerste gesprek kwamen mensen van ExxonMobil naar Leuven, wat zeer handig is voor studenten. Het gesprek duurde 1 uur: 30 min over jezelf, 15 min technische vraag, 15 min zelf vragen stellen. Ik werd twee dagen later gecontacteerd over de uitslag van het gesprek. Tweede gesprek vond plaats op de site in Antwerpen. Na een goede afloop van het tweede gesprek komt er een contractvoorstel.

Respectful. Simple behavioral interview with expectation of answering questions in STAR format. Interviewer seemed interested and was calm and inquisitive throughout the process. Been a week and haven't heard any sort of follow-up, though.

Exercise was organized by dragnet. Registration process started at stated time. It Progressed till the identity and bio-data verification point. We had brief time to relax and wait for the batches ahead to conclude, before mine. Was seamless and well proctored.
