Interview
I was directed through the University Campus services. They asked about behavioral questions. They were kind of difficult but not really. BE PREPARED for the questions. They seem very generic. They can be mean and stern but some are very nice. Exxon is a great place to be an intern at.
Most of the questions were focused on hypothetical scenarios, also did go through resume. The interviewers are generally quite nice and will be relevant to the team that you are attached to.

The interview is quite chill. He mostly asked me to explain my cv and 1 technical questions. The interviewer is quite friendly too. Be sure to know everything you wrote at your cv
questions and answer type, question were really difficult to tailor our experience to it and all are behavioral questions. Does not ask about why you choose the company / the position at all.
