Applied online, contacted by recruiter. First round was technical with team lead on Skype, fairly easy. Second was HR round, extremely rude and unprofessional HR, exactly like the rest of the interview experiences share, or even worse. I knew about it, so I kept my composure and answered her questions properly. Third round was with the team lead and the rest of the team. It was a bit challenging but I liked the discussion. I was contact by the HR at the end of the week with a job offer. The benefits were horrible, she wasn't ready to negotiate on anything. When I asked about sponsorship, she said she will discuss the basic package with the higher up and get back to me. A few days later, she calls me up and said the offer has been rescinded. I asked for the reason and she avoided the question. I politely asked for the reason again, and her exact words were, "I do not have the time to tell you the reason for rejecting you". I could almost taste the spite in her voice, I didn't want to argue, so I said thank you and ended the call. Please do not apply to this company. I was somewhat disheartened by the rejection but I believe that is better than joining the company and being treated like that for the rest of my career in Extron Electronics. I sincerely hope the people who do apply have a better experience than mine.
