Interview
It starts with a phone screening, meeting with the District Manager, drug and background check. Answer easy questions during the phone screening with a more in-depth, in person screening with the District Manager.
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. The team communicated clearly at every step, and I appreciated the opportunity to meet multiple stakeholders. The questions were thoughtful and allowed me to showcase my skills.

Simple and conversational. Mostly just pleasantries and a few behavioral scenarios. I found it good, the questions were on topic and not too specific. Great interview process, congrats to HR!
