The process was fairly streamlined. Connected through AngelList, and the hiring guy, Jim Asiano, quickly set up a phone screen. Early the next week, I had an in-person interview, where I talked with the team leader as well as some other engineers, and I was asked back for a 2nd interview (at the end of which I got an offer) two days later. Everything seemed efficient, and it seemed like a good sign that a lot of the team members had worked together previously or otherwise knew each other.
