I was approached via text about a position at a local bank in the helpdesk. I replied with questions, but never got a response. When I showed up for the interview, the interviewer was distracted and impersonal. I got the distinct impression that because I didn't have the correct amount of "preferred" experience that I was wasting their time. Despite having all the knowledge to perform the position, I ended up being summarily dismissed.
