Written English test, elementary level. Interview with responsible of branch very thought, tried to put me in difficulty in any possible ways, never asked about my previous experiences, very wired simulations like if I had eaten a monkey brain to make happy a pHe stressed too much the fact that the job required long hours working, like to dissuade. My impression was that he did not want me since before knowing me. It was clear he didn't read my resume.

Interview
Applied online, called after one month for an interview in Milan by the temp agency.
We were around 30 persons, we performed various IQ tests and a group test.
At the end of the test I was submitted to a personal interview. The interviewer just asked me to speak about my previous job experiences.
