they dont want to know what is the reality or process related answer, they are facing a situation in their projects right now, they want you to solve it right there, with out knowing team dynamics, current team situation, nothing they want to mention, they want a answer, now even if u tell answer, one interviewer will be okay another will not be okay, i could see arrogance and attitude in one interviewers face, she will disrespect you directly but you cant show that on your face. both interviewers have no collab, one asks a question and other shuts you down, not once repeatedly for 1 good hour. I feel sorry for the team working under them. Happy that i declined, toxicity was already flowing in the interview
