      Interview

A first-line recruiter sent an email with an urgent need for a Microsoft 365 Concierge Ambassador opportunity that was forwarded to a Lead Recruiter. We spoke, and they informed me there was a preliminary test that was an open book with no time limit. All of the questions and answers are provided on a Pre-Test document with links, they said. A minimum score of 60 is required, and if you score this level or above, you are sure to get the job. I took the test and ensured the lead recruiter received the notification. I was told it should only take a day or two to get the results. During a period of three weeks, the recruiter made NO attempts to contact me with a status update. I made several attempts to communicate, including writing an email to the first-line recruiter who initially contacted me, and I cc:'d the lead recruiter. The lead recruiter saw this email and replied they need to figure out why it was taking so long and would contact their manager. After three weeks with little to no communication, I tried calling the lead recruiter, though I had to leave a voicemail. Within 10 minutes or so, I received a punitive email from the lead recruiter saying they would no longer be continuing with pursuing me as a candidate with an unacceptable score. It was my voicemail chastising the lead recruiter that spontaneously urged them to react out of anger with a punitive email. Do yourself a favor and bypass Experis, you'll be glad you did!!!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The 'so-called' pre-test helper document containing all the questions and answers was a joke. While the first portion of the document contained valid questions and answers, compared to the rest, those test questions differed from those described by the lead recruiter. As I said, do yourself a favor and skip an opportunity for MS 365 Concierge Ambassador with Experis. The lead recruiter that hustled me has only been there about three months and is new to the industry. If the Experis site is from the East Coast, stay clear, you'll save yourself a lot of grief and lost time!!!
