Interview
Attended a 30-minute interview with a Recruiter based in India for a job advertised in the UK. He went through the candidate criteria and pointed out 6 years of experience, obviously I wasn't qualified as I only had 2 years of experience. He must have not read through my resume properly and invited me to an interview by mistake. He then went through the interview half-heartedly which was extremely unprofessional, no apologies from him at all.

Interview
Two interviews with two different designers. The first interview involved establishing how I would approach a design problem and the second interview was about my skills. Overall the interviews were fairly casual and the interviewers made me feel at ease.

Can you think of a time where you had to overcome a challenge? What was it and how did you overcome it?
Clear and straightforward communication throughout the three rounds of interviews. Didn’t get the offer, but felt like my time as an applicant was respected. The three rounds took about 4 weeks to get through, but they communicated well throughout the process.

Walk me through your design process from ideation through delivery.
1 hirevue, and 3 back to back interview day. 1 design challenge, 1 cultural fit and 1 behavioral question. Different interviewer for each round. Was not super difficult but they ask a lot of questions in the given time.
