Questions about the role/ previous experience. Most of the interviews are about team- fit and motivation rather than skill set. I had approx. 5 phone interviews and a 1:1 interview in the office where I interviewed with 4 different people. After this I got the offer.

very responsive HR, she helped me all through the process and was very pleasant and interested in getting to really know the candidates feels good to have such a quality of process of recruiting
I enjoyed everyone I interviewed with. But the recruiter I worked with made my process a negative experience. Her communication after each interview was very delayed so I was left in the dark a lot. I completed the entire interview process and NEVER heard from her again. Even candidates who aren’t receiving an offer still receive some type of communication. To completely ghost a candidate that has completed your entire interview process is very unprofessional.

Very detailed & absolutely professional. In all four individual video interviews were conducted. Each time you successfully complete or pass your interview, you are recommended/booked for next level of interview with a senior personal.
