The process was very smooth. There were three main rounds, not including the initial video recording.
First step:
A video recording, where you’re asked to speak continuously about topics such as why you applied and why you would be a good fit for the role.
Interview rounds:
HR interview:
Focused on assessing overall fit, as well as discussing your expectations for the role and compensation package.
Manager level interviews:
These rounds focused on getting to know you better and included sales role-play exercises (as this is a sales role). It’s important to apply need-based selling, and to answer experience-based questions using the STAR technique (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
Director interview:
This was more of a get-to-know-you conversation, with questions like “Tell me about a time when you…”, especially related to sales scenarios, to assess both your experience and mindset. Again, answering using the STAR technique works best.
Overall, the experience was very smooth — everyone was very cool, friendly, and informative, which made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable.
