This was the interview process for a SE 2 role at Exotel There was a screening call for 20 minutes to make sure that you are a good fit for the role. Then, we had a codility test with simple coding problems The next round was a one-on-one problem-solving round. The next round was more of a resume-related round as well as design architecture-related questions. Then came the managerial interview and followed by the HR round. The interview process was very smooth and there were no delays whatsoever.
