They used the STAR format of interviewing. It was about 6 questions. They were very pleasant.
I emailed each person on the panel and the HR employee who did the phone screening several times after the interview to follow up. I was told that someone would get back with me shortly and they never did.

Online applied for the position, had a phone interview, then had a invitation to take a Hogan Assessment on line. After that was reviewed I was invited to a panel interview. Now I am waiting.

If you are fortunate enough to be asked to interview by this very elite company, do yourself a favor by preparing heavily for a STAR interview and pray that you are selected. Panel interview with 2 in person and 2 on the phone. Extremely professional and very welcoming - appreciated the opportunity!
