Exclusive Promotions interview questions

It was deceiving. My interviewer said employees would get paid commission or salary each week, depending on which was higher. He also said my minimum salary per week would be around $500. However, it turned out if you didn't "ring the bell" on commission, you were actually paid close to minimum wage.

The interview was an observational interview to learn specifically what they do on a daily basis. It was very informative, and we went over the entire program along with pay structures. There were three rounds of interviews.
