The interview process was incredibly easy barely covered the experience on my resume. I was called at 11:00 am for the interview and I was hired on the spot and asked to start the next day - I thought was a bit unreasonable as I have to figure out how to get kids to school and that does not leave much time to rearrange the carpool. Barely went over the scope of the job and wasn't told that things were so far behind until I walked in the next morning. I got 1 day of training which the co-owner said that was all I was going to get and that it was good enough to know the job. A lot of their clients were angry because a lot of their results were late and I was not able to give them any relevant information as this was my first day. Very stressful and no support from "upper management". I walked out at lunch the next day.
