The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Excel Systems (New York, NY)
Interview
-Interviewer and the interview process were not related to the announced job description and position requirements by any means.
- Interviewer showed up 10 minutes late then took 3 phone calls during the interview which is a great sign of in-professionalism
- 90% of the interview questions were about the process improving (QA) although the position is about QC and kept asking about standard ISTQB definitions such as difference between test scripts and test cases, which indicates that the interviewer has no awareness about the position's requirements, duties nor areas of expertise.

Interview
I called for interview process for part-time position in the company office in Al Giza and we planned the Interview after 5 days when I attended the interview on time the HR specialist said the technician person have an emergency and he left the office (a small note I consumed 2 hours to reach the office which is better if she calls me and schedule another time) the she said he (the technical interviewer) will call me tomorrow at 1:30 pm The she called me to reschedule it to 4pm, but don't call me tell now so I don't recommend this place at all as they don't respect candidate Time or effort .
