Focused on very small aspects for a very large role. Ticketing systems are copying and paste but seemed to be an odd focus. KPI questions that just didn't make sense. Apparently everyone needed to be on the call which left them seeming a bit "who's suppose to be asking or answering questions"
Sounds like the previous director created a program they're not satisfied with and needing a complete revamp with upcoming growth.

Typical interview process, Pre screening, in person, and executives. Typical questions and not to long of a process. Found out quickly so not a lot of waiting. Friendly staff, nice locations, over all good experience.
fairy quick, easy. I didn't find the process difficult. I completed two interviews in total and was called back a few days later with confirmation of a job offer.
