HR was completely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I received the offer and sent a counter offer, explaining that I was unavailable to discuss for the remainder of the day but could discuss the next business day. They proceeded to call me 5 times on the day I explained I was unavailable. Finally our appointment the next day happened, and they gave me less than an hour to decide if I would accept the job after rejecting outright all of my counters with no explanation. This HR person also told me that they didn't know why I was even offered this job and explained how overqualified I am. I told them it was my decision what I would accept and that I would think about it and call them back. They called me again 10 minutes later which I declined. Eventually I decided not to take the position, so I called around 30 minutes later and started to explain that I would not be accepting the offer and the HR person interrupted me and said that they would be retracting the offer anyways. I asked if they wanted to retract the offer because I asked for a counter offer and they said "Um... well... not exactly, you're just also overqualified... So..." HR is a reflection of the company and how they will treat you and respect your time. Do not work here.
